If you wish to delete your Ecomates account and remove your personal data, you can initiate this request directly within the App under 'Edit Profile'. Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at info@ecoex.market. Your data will be completely purged from our active records within 24 hours of the request."

👤 User profile (name, email, phone)
📊 CSR activity data
🌱 Project & impact data

⏳ Data Retention Policy

Data may be retained for up to 30 days
Used only for legal/compliance purposes
After that, data is permanently deleted
